TESTING SPIRITS

Blessings everyone! The Bible says: Beloved, Do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.” 1 John‬ ‭4:1‬ ESV. Some might seem like they are knowledgeable in Christ. Test what they say and do against what the Bible says. This is why studying God’s Word and having discernment is so important. How can you know what’s right or what’s wrong if you don’t study to know the difference. Studying will strengthen your belief and your faith in Christ. Also, the Holy Spirit will teach you biblical truths and you will gain confidence in what you know so you won’t be easily swayed. It’s fine to hear other people preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ but also, gain a relationship with God and know Christ for yourself. I love you all! Stay Blessed and Faithful! 🙏🏾
