DON’T BE WISE IN YOUR OWN EYES

Blessings everyone! The Bible says: “Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil.” Proverbs‬ ‭3:7‬ ‭ESV‬‬. Don’t twist Scripture to fit your needs or your lifestyle. We have to submit to the doctrine that God has provided through His Son Jesus Christ. We tend to do sinful things and justify why we are doing them. Only through Christ can we be justified and that justification comes from Him and not through our works. When we trust man and not God we will lean to our own understanding without realizing we are being lead astray. Wisdom comes from God but we choose to depend on philosophies and theories to teach us truth. Wisdom comes from the Holy Spirit which teaches us all things. Wisdom must come from God other wise you’re leading yourself and others astray! I love you all! Stay Blessed and Faithful!
