Reflect on your life, the good and the bad, the happy and the sad, your great days and your worst days and realize God was there through it all and He has shaped and molded you into the man / woman of God you are today! Realize your more than a conqueror, realize you are an overcomer, realize that threw everything you are still standing and rooted in Jesus Christ! The Scriptures say: “For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.” 1 John 5:4 ESV. Now that's a praise and a shout!
